Meditation Essential Oil Blend was created after trial and error for my own personal use, I find essential oils so helping for use while meditating as I find it difficult to calm my mind, and I find that this essential oil blend is extremely helpful for achieving a meditative state.
The Essential oils used in this blend are:

Vetiver: With sedative effects, Vetiver is a very relaxing, calming oil, that can aid with deep relaxation.

Benzoin: With stress relieving and sedative properties, Benzoin is a very relaxing oil, as well as being a great oil for grounding.

Lavender: A well known relaxing essential oil, promoting deep relaxation, stress relief, calming effects on the nervous system, and anti- anxiety making it a fantastic addition to the oil blend!

This essential oil is made with a carrier oil of Sweet Almond oil, if you require an alternative, please contact me as I have many other options available.

Great care is taken to ensure the healing properties of this product are effective whilst being mild and gentle on your skin through carefully selecting the finest quality oils and skilfully blending them to bring you a safe and beneficial treatment.
